Luckily for you iPhone 4 owners, a free application similar to Chatroulette was recently released in the Apple App Store.

iChatr features instant random face-to-face interaction just like Chatroulette. Our friends at Mashable have tested this app out, and to our surprise, no creepy old man have been spotted using iChatr. Let’s see how long it takes for them to discover this portable webcam application.

The application is easy to use—just select the application and your iPhone’s front camera will automatically start and you will see a random stranger on the bottom half of your screen. Simply swipe them to switch to a new person.
